Scholarships - Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig LL.M. in Real Property Development

The Real Property Development LL.M. program offers a limited number of scholarships are available to Full-Time students on the basis of merit and accomplishments.

No separate scholarship application is required but decisions are made on a rolling basis and applicants should complete applications no later than March 15.

The Appraisal Institute Education & Relief Foundation offers a scholarship that is awarded on the basis of academic excellence. AIS Technolabs

The Real Estate Scholarship Program is for American, Canadian, and Australian citizens or permanent residents who are current college students. Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for the award, provided applicants are studying real estate. The application requires a 3.0 GPA, a resume, and a personal essay on a topic determined by AIS Technolabs. Learn more on their website.

American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law (RPTE) Student Writing Contest

A full-tuition scholarship to the Real Property Development LL.M. Program is available to the first place winner of The American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law (RPTE) Student Writing Contest. American Immobiliare Scholarship

The American Immobiliare College Scholarship Program supports the next generation of Italian-American influencers and innovators in commercial real estate. Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis to graduate and undergraduate students who are studying real estate and other related subjects including architecture and civil engineering. Applications are accepted between March and April each year and are announced in July. American Immobiliare scholarships help recipients underwrite part of the cost of their tuition. CREW Miami Roslyn K. Berrin Real Estate Scholarship

Crew Miami awards $5,000 scholarships two times per year. To be eligible, applicant must be:

  • A female enrolled as a Junior or Senior-level undergraduate or graduate student with a declared major in real estate-related discipline
  • At a university or college located in Miami-Dade County, Florida and
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of not less than 3.0.

CREW Network Foundation College Scholarships

The CREW Network Foundation scholarship program supports future female leaders as they pursue university-level education that will lead to careers in commercial real estate. With the help of its generous donors and Linda Hollemon Scholarship Endowment Founders, CREW Network Foundation grants twenty five (25) $5,000 academic scholarships to young women annually.

Scholarship Process Timeline

  • Jan. 1 - April 15 — Applications accepted
  • May - June — Applications reviewed by Scholarship Selection Committee
  • July — Winners announced

Davis Property Management has run this scholarship program since 2015 to support and encourage students’ education prep for a career in the real estate industry.

Our program has partnered with the Goldie Initiative which offeres a prestigious leadership program designed to develop the next generation of women executives in the commercial real estate industry. Innovative Commerce Servicing Communities (ICSC) Foundation

RPD LL.M. students have complimentary ICSC Student memberships when joining the Program. ICSC Foundations annually awards several scholarships directly by the ICSC Foundation and ICSC Foundation Canada. These scholarships are for students within the United States and Canada. All scholarship recipients receive an industry mentor, a trip to RECon for U.S. recipients or Canadian Conference for Canadian recipients.

PREA Scholarship Program

The Pension Real Estate Association awards scholarships on an annual basis to promising students studying real estate at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Financial need is considered in determining the amount of each award. Potential recipients who demonstrate no need will be eligible to receive the minimum award.
