Miami Law has an excellent track record of helping graduates embark on their public service legal careers by obtaining competitive postgraduate fellowships such as Equal Justice Works, Justice Catalyst, and Skadden Fellowships. Students are encouraged to review resources on postgraduate fellowships created by PSJD, a national database of information about public service opportunities hosted by the National Association for Legal Career Professionals (NALP).
Miami Law students interested in pursuing postgraduate fellowships should contact The HOPE Public Interest Resource Center during their 2L year to discuss their interests and the application process. The Office of Career and Professional Development and HOPE Public Interest Resource Center are dedicated to helping students identify fellowships, develop project proposals and conduct mock interviews.
